Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python/Odoo Developer to join our tech team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions using Python and/or the Odoo ERP platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality applications and custom modules tailored to business needs.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about clean code, business process automation, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

For Python Developer:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and write efficient queries.
• Participate in code reviews and development process improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

For Odoo Developer:

• Customize and develop Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Develop and maintain custom features, reports, and workflows.
• Integrate third-party applications and external APIs with Odoo.
• Optimize and enhance existing modules and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to users.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of OOP principles.
• Experience with Odoo development (custom modules, XML, QWeb, ORM, etc.).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and database design concepts.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
