Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their project management career who is eager to grow, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and reports.
  • Monitor and report on budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Help manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate risks to senior project managers when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Basic experience with project management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or up to 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
  • Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP prep, Agile).
  • Basic understanding of software development or IT environments.
