Consumer Dispute Resolution
We operate exclusively in B2B and do not enter contracts with consumers as defined in § 13 BGB. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under § 36 VSBG. We prefer to resolve differences directly in person.
