We follow five project stages. Depending on scope, Quick Start takes 4 to 6 weeks, Implementation 8 to 16 weeks and a transformation for company groups 3 to 9 months.
Analysis & Consulting
We review your processes with management and the relevant departments, using an existing requirements document where available. We check each requirement against standard Odoo and identify manual data transfers.
Concept & Planning
The specification records which requirements Odoo already meets and which need customisation. This is the basis for our fixed-price quote.
Implementation
We configure Odoo, develop the agreed extensions and connect your online shop, email or DATEV.
Training & Go-Live
Your team practises with its own data, on site or by video. We support users as the system goes live.
Ongoing Support
After the initial post-launch support period, your selected support plan takes over. A dedicated team looks after your system, with an agreed deputy and escalation path to management.

Project governance
Who decides, how sign-off works, how changes are handled
We document these rules before the project starts. They apply to every package, with a steering committee included in Transformation projects.
- Steering committee
- Your management or project sponsor, our project manager and our management review scope, schedules and budget in the steering committee. Meetings take place at project milestones.
- Fixed project lead with a deputy
- Your project manager and deputy are named, with a direct route to management for escalations.
- Milestone sign-offs
- You approve the specification, configured test environment, test migration and go-live in writing against the acceptance criteria in the specification.
- Status report and risk log
- The weekly status report covers progress, outstanding tasks and decisions needed. The risk log records impacts, mitigation measures and responsible owners.
- Change request procedure
- Changes to the agreed scope are documented with the effort involved and the effects on schedule and price. We implement them only after your approval.
- Customisation documentation
- Each customisation is documented with its requirement, technical description, affected modules and user instructions. These records provide the basis for future upgrades.
Management has a defined process for decisions on scope, dates and budget. Written approval for price changes gives finance a record of cost decisions. IT receives documentation of customisations so they can be reviewed during version upgrades.
