The packages set out starting prices and included services. For Quick Start and Implementation, we provide a binding fixed-price quote within five business days of the initial call. Transformation projects require a pre-analysis first. The specification defines the agreed scope; we cover any additional effort needed to deliver that scope.

The preliminary assessment is followed by the required modules, custom development and data migration, including intercompany transactions, multiple currencies and consolidation. A steering committee, dedicated project manager with a deputy and staff training plan support the rollout. Post-launch support lasts 90 days.

Every package includes GoBD-compliant configuration, a fixed project lead with a named deputy and support in German.
Pre-analysis: check first, then commit
For projects from €30,000, we recommend a paid pre-analysis. We review your processes in a workshop, on site or by video, then provide a draft specification, recommended modules and a timeline. These findings form the basis of the fixed-price quote.
We state the fixed price of the pre-analysis during the initial call. If you then commission the project, we deduct that amount from the project price.

- Fixed price
- The fixed price covers the scope agreed in the specification: configuration, data migration, customisations and interfaces. We bear any additional effort within that scope.
- Time and materials
- Small changes and support outside the plans are billed at €120 per hour. We notify you before the agreed budget is exceeded.
- Changes to the scope
- For scope changes, you receive a written change request with the effort involved and its effect on schedule and price. Work begins after your approval.

Support after go-live
After go-live, you can choose a monthly support plan. The first month is free for customers whose implementation we have delivered.
Response times apply to priority 1 (production disrupted); service hours and priority classes are set out in the quote.
