Raumschmiede in Genderkingen connects three online shops and its own manufacturing in Odoo.
Raumschmiede GmbH sells garden furniture and leisure products through Garten und Freizeit, and beds and sleep systems through Betten.de and Piolo. The Genderkingen-based company also manufactures its own products. Ruetech brought the three brands’ operations together in Odoo.

Starting point
The shops, manufacturing, sales, warehouse and invoicing previously used separate systems. Staff had to enter the same data more than once.
- Sales channels and the warehouse did not synchronise stock in real time.
- Order processing and invoicing required substantial manual work.
- Production planning and shop-floor control were not connected to sales and warehouse.
- The brands needed shared processes while retaining their individual storefronts.
- Customer enquiries and previous orders could not be viewed together.
What we implemented
The solution for Garten und Freizeit provided the starting point. Betten.de and Piolo were then connected to the same stock records and processes.
- Shops: Orders from all three connected online shops are imported automatically into Odoo.
- Manufacturing: Production planning and shop-floor control work together with sales and warehouse.
- Warehouse: One stock across all brands and locations.
- Sales and CRM: The team handles sales and customer care with a shared communication history.
- Accounting: Odoo generates invoices automatically and handles financial accounting.
Outcome
- Orders are processed in the same system from online checkout through to invoicing.
- The three brands retain their own storefronts while sharing the underlying infrastructure.
- Sales and stock levels can be viewed across all shops.
